These terms cover the public website at stackologists.com, operated by All Stackologists LLC (assumed name Stackologists) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The site

The pages describe services we may offer. They are not a proposal, not an offer of employment, and not a promise that a match exists. Staffing and build work start only when both sides sign a separate agreement.

No warranties on the copy

We work to keep the technical claims accurate. Stack versions move. If a page and a conversation disagree, the conversation that names the current stack wins.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape this site to rebuild the retired city-page surface, and do not present our pages as your own.

Liability

To the extent Minnesota law allows, All Stackologists LLC is not liable for damages that come from reading or relying on this marketing site alone. Paid work is governed by its own contract.
