All Stackologists LLC operates stackologists.com. This is a public marketing site.

What we collect today

The contact form does not post to our servers. It opens a message to [email protected] in your mail app. We only see what you choose to send by email. We use that email to reply and for ordinary business records.

The host may record ordinary request logs (IP address, user agent, path, time) and may set technical cookies needed to serve the site. We do not add a marketing pixel, a third-party analytics tag, or an advertising cookie on these pages.

Sign-in and notes

Only [email protected] can sign in. There is no signup. Resend sends that code. We store that email address, a hashed session token, and notes written in Settings. The session cookie is named so_session and is HttpOnly. The code is kept only until it is used or it expires, and only as a hash.

Public pages count aggregate reads: the path, a page type, a referrer host bucket, and the country the host reports. Those counters store no IP address, no cookie, and no visitor name.

Settings can read Google Search Console totals for stackologists.com when a service account is configured. That read is not a tag on the public pages.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• Visitors cannot create an account.
• We do not use the contact fields for a newsletter.
• This site is not directed at children under 13.

How to reach us

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold from an inquiry you sent, or to ask us to delete it. If this policy changes, Stackologists will publish a new date with the revision.
