These terms cover the public website at stackologists.com, operated by All Stackologists LLC (doing business as Stackologists).

The site

The pages describe services we may offer. They are not a proposal, not a quote, and not an offer of employment.

They are not a job listing. They are not a promise that a match exists, that a build will finish on a published date, or that a page will be indexed or ranked.

Staffing, build, and SEO work start only when both sides sign a separate agreement. If this site and that agreement disagree, the agreement controls.

Sign-in on this site is only for [email protected]. There is no signup. A one-time code is not a customer account, not a candidate account, and not an offer of work.

Staffing

Staffing described here is staff augmentation for a business client. People Stackologists puts forward work under that agreement. This website does not hire candidates and does not advertise open jobs.

No warranties on the copy

We work to keep the technical claims accurate. Stack versions move. If a page and a conversation disagree, the conversation that names the current stack wins. Paid work is governed by its own contract.

Acceptable use

Do not copy these pages and present them as your own, and do not use automated scraping to republish this site.

Liability

To the extent Minnesota law allows, All Stackologists LLC is not liable for damages that come from reading or relying on this marketing site alone.

Governing law

Minnesota law governs these terms. Courts in Minnesota are the venue, except where Minnesota law does not allow that limit.
